Delta Community Wins Two 2026 Credit Union Times LUMINARIES Awards
Credit union recognized for its member-focused Branch Experience, and Ben Allison, director of Loan Performance and Analytics, named a Rising Star
ATLANTA (Nov. 6, 2026) – Delta Community Credit Union won two Credit Union Times LUMINARIES Awards, which recognize excellence in the credit union industry. This marks the third consecutive year that Delta Community has received a LUMINARIES Award.
The annual awards program draws entries from credit unions across the country, with multiple awards offered in different categories based on organizational size. With more than $9 billion in assets, Delta Community competed among the country’s largest credit unions by asset size.
Delta Community received first place in the “Branch Experience” category, which honors credit unions that are redefining physical branches through technology, human-centric design, and community focus. Delta Community’s branch personnel consistently deliver personalized service and broad availability through an extensive network of locations; Saturday operations; and access to tellers virtually beyond standard business hours with Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs).
Ben Allison, director of Loan Performance and Analytics, won the “Rising Star” category. Allison leads a team responsible for managing key technology, analytics, reporting and quality control functions that support the credit union’s lending operations. He also led a two-year automation project expected to eliminate 300 hours of manual work.

Credit Union Times presented the awards, and an independent panel of industry experts selected the winners from more than 230 finalists across 27 categories.
