Delta Community knows how important your personal and financial information is to you. That’s why we take as many measures as possible to protect you from fraud and to give you the peace of mind you deserve. Be sure to look over the articles below to keep your finances on the safe side.

Fraudulent Email: Account Access Temporarily Suspended

Delta Community has been made aware of fraudulent phishing email messages being sent to some members of the Credit Union. This email's subject line says, "Security Message - Delta Community Credit Union" and is being sent from the "@email.arizona.edu" domain, spoofing or pretending to be sent from Delta Community Credit Union. Please know Delta Community is not associated with these messages and will never request a member to verify their online banking activity via email or by way of an embedded link in an email.

Security is a top priority at Delta Community, and we maintain multiple measures to protect members’ online accounts. To help in this regard, we encourage members to choose distinct usernames and passwords that follow a strong convention. Strong usernames and passwords incorporate a combination of lower and uppercase letters, numbers and special characters. It is also good practice to update usernames and passwords regularly.

Fraudulent Delta Community Official Checks

Help protect yourself from becoming a victim of fraud. Delta Community Credit Union is aware that our Official Checks have been recently counterfeited and are in circulation. We encourage you to verify any official check that you receive before you negotiate the item to prevent possible losses.

Fraudulent Email: Invalid Login Attempts

Delta Community has been made aware of fraudulent phishing email messages being sent to some members of the Credit Union. This email's subject line says, "Important Notice from Delta Community Credit Union." This fraudulent message states that Delta Community has detected multiple invalid login attempts related to the member's account and has temporarily suspended it. The malicious email prompts members to click on a link to reactivate account access. Please know Delta Community is not associated with these messages and will never request username or password information via email or by way of an embedded link. Affected members should delete the message. Please do not click on the link or respond to the email.

Fraudulent Email: Account Access Temporarily Disabled

Delta Community has been made aware of fraudulent phishing email messages being sent to some members of the Credit Union. This email's subject line says, "Account access temporarily disabled." This fraudulent message states that Delta Community has detected unusual activity related to the member's account and has temporarily disabled it. It prompts members to click on a link to reestablish account access. Please know Delta Community is not associated with these messages and will never request username or password information via email. Affected members should delete the message. Please do not click on the link or respond to the email.
