Delta Community Welcomes Kiko Harvey to Audit Committee
Harvey brings more than 40 years of audit and risk management experience to the credit union
ATLANTA (Feb. 3, 2026) – Delta Community Credit Union is pleased to announce Kiko Harvey has joined its Audit Committee, a supervisory committee of the board of directors responsible for overseeing risk management practices and internal controls to support the credit union’s financial health and operational integrity. Harvey’s appointment took effect Jan. 1, 2026, as succession for Brad Strothers, who is retiring after the committee meets on Feb. 4, 2026. That meeting will also mark Harvey’s first as a committee member.
With more than 40 years of audit, risk management and leadership experience at national and global levels, Harvey will support the credit union’s continued compliance with state and industry regulations that govern it as a state-chartered, not-for-profit financial cooperative.
“We are thrilled to have Kiko join our Audit Committee,” CEO Hank Halter said. “She brings tremendous career experience and skill that will enable her to support Delta Community’s ongoing financial strength and stability. She also believes deeply in our mission to help members optimize their personal finances and achieve long-term financial goals.”
Harvey currently serves as associate senior vice president of Audit Services at the University of Southern California, a role she has held for the past five years. Her career includes top audit leadership roles at large corporations and organizations including Delta Air Lines and Starbucks, and she served as Inspector General of the United Nations World Food Programme. Harvey also serves on the Board of Governors of the Gemological Institute of America and is chair of its audit and risk committee.
“Accounting, corporate audit and enterprise risk management are critical to the success of any business, and I am honored that Delta Community has appointed me to help oversee these vital processes,” Harvey said. "I look forward to partnering with other committee members and Delta Community’s leadership team to ensure continuous adherence to sound, industry-best practices.”
Harvey is a certified public accountant and a chartered global management accountant with a certification in risk management assurance. She holds a master’s and bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Southern California.
