What is Courtesy Pay Plus?

Delta Community’s Courtesy Pay Plus service is an enhancement to Courtesy Pay. It’s the best way to make sure that you’re completely protected because it covers everyday purchases made with your Delta Community Visa® Debit Card and ATM Card. If there's ever a time when you don't have enough funds available to make a purchase with your Visa Debit Card or ATM Card, you’ll have a $500 limit of coverage that's available to cover a transaction.* With Courtesy Pay Plus, you’ll be able to enjoy the confidence of knowing payments and purchases made using your Visa Debit Card or ATM Card account will be covered.

Want to Sign Up for Courtesy Pay Plus?

It’s easy. Just log in to your Online Banking account, go to the Additional Services tab and under Account Support, select Courtesy Pay Plus.

If you're opening a new account, sign up for the service today and it will be available after your Checking Account has been opened 60 days or more and as long as the eligibility requirements are met. This includes having the Courtesy Pay service, a balance greater than $0 and no delinquent loans with us. The first step is to review the Federally Mandated Disclosure about Overdraft and Overdraft Fees.

You can also call us at 800-544-3328 or stop by any of our branches to sign up if that works better for you.

Still have questions? Review our Frequently Asked Questions and our Courtesy Pay Disclosure.

* Transactions covered for Courtesy Pay and Courtesy Pay Plus count toward the $500 maximum coverage limit. Fees up to $35 may be assessed for each transaction.

We pay overdrafts at our discretion under the Courtesy Pay and Courtesy Pay Plus services. This means we do not guarantee we will always authorize and pay every transaction when there is not enough money available in your checking or designated overdraft protection accounts to cover the item. For example, we may not pay overdrafts when you are in default on a loan with Delta Community or if your account is otherwise not in good standing. Repayment of the overdraft amount is required within 30 days to maintain eligibility for this service. If you have additional overdraft items during this time, the account still must be brought to a positive balance on or before the 30th day from the date of the initial overdraft item. Deposits received by Delta Community CU during the 30 days will be applied first to your overdrawn checking balance.
